7 days of self care (ASMR)

3 years ago I was involved  in one  of the  most stressful events  in my  life with an EX and my best friend  Heather suggested ASMR  to help calm my nerves

ASMR : Autonomous sensory meridian response
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation. This tingle is said to originate in a person’s head and spread to the spine (and sometimes the limbs) in response to stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person.
This was the Video she sent me  after telling me to close my eyes and  put headphones  on  :

This was a start of  something amazing  I am not dependent  on it  but I am also not dependent  on medicine to get me to sleep at night,

I know you may think it’s weird but it is about finding what makes you  “tingle”. Most hearing the sound of rain, or waves crashing is therapeutic for them, the inside of a Plan, or just plain White noise.

Take the day to Tingle relax and enjoy some ASMR in your ears for an hour or two if you can last that long lol.

Here are my top 10 faves that for sure I’m knocked out within 5 minutes:
