7 days of self care(social media detox)

A few weeks back I had this weird overwhelming feeling it was work, it was my personal relationships with friends, Family and the man I was seeing.

It was Social Media it was all of it The moment I took that moment to take a break I felt so much better and my time was spent, I needed to make several changes to get my Zen back.

So the next 7 days we will be taking care of you.

So it’s Day one

No social media day one is the disconnect date.

If you can’t deactivate because of business pages create an extra account and make it a team member but deactivate your FaceBook, uninstall all social media apps that you check regularly and instead of checking those first thing when you wake up to commit to 10-30 mins of Self-help/ Self Development books.
