7 days of Self Care

7 days of self care (summa time fine)

I know it’s fall no time  better than now to get ready ?

I joined a gym  and not just any gym the super expensive grown up gym lol .

My mental health was so much better when I was working out and  it’s time to start again .

I am so excited to have all these options  Pilates, Yoga, Classes, Spin classes, tennis

 

This is the  only Con I am waiting forever before it opens

Not to mention they have a spa, a Café and Ugh I can feel the  relaxation now  lol.

 

Not to mention a Wet and Dry Sauna  . I am so excite  (I know I said it several times)  But  as much as I hate to admit it taking care of my weight and health are also self care,   Be proud of who you are and  make sure you are making regular doctor visits , eating  great , drinking water, and  working out at least 30 Mins a few days  out the week. Take care of you.
