Here’s to making every second count

So back in September 2020 I was about 6 months into my quartine and I was doing well eating vegan and walking on a daily basis then my mom died in July and I stopped and Nate and I were eating out every night I gained the 10 pounds I lost with another 10 pounds and was sitting at the heaviest I had been in my entire life a whopping 263 Pounds. I could feel all of this weight and it was heavy and it was bad. I have held a lot of weight on me the last 5 years but this was something else I could feel like it was aging me tremendously and these feelings and my mom dying from Diabetes fucked up my head something awful so I bought a lot of home workout stuff since my gym was still closed at my complex. So I bought Beachbody and got a sweet deal with an online Yoga Studio and started my first day

So I started with T25 since  it needed next to nothing and  oddly all the workouts that needed  Dumbells these  were hard to come  by lol

I would like to go on the record ad state that I almost passed  out  on my floor doing this and I was using the modifier smh

a happy sweat and then off to Yoga

I finished the  workout  with a Shakeology smoothie
