“It ain’t easy, but it’s worth it.”

So I will say today was my favorite day still sweated and I worked my abs started my morning off late in the day and with another headache not as bad as the days before but I had my everything bagel and coffee took the pups for a walk, watered the plants and took all of my vitamins this morning haven’t done that in about a month so go me lol. I weighed myself and I am down 8 Pounds when I tell you that made my heart soar I am looking to drop about 5 more pounds within the next week so I will need to stay focused on the vegan eating last nights dinner was a Vegan Cobb salad with cilantro lime dressing and It was the bomb. After I get through the first month of this workout I am going to try to add fasting along with meditation I was reading up on this and it was also a great practice for meditation along with working it helps to lose weight. weight loss is mostly mentally stuff right lol?

I also completed one of my medications  in Yoga so here is to nonscale victories lol
