New gym New Year week 3 - Girl in Htown
Week 3 I am down 3 lbs I tried a dance class , 2 yoga classes. I have met my water intake of 111oz every day and my step goal Im walking on my breaks at work and taking the long walk home when I get off (not as winded) Im starting to see the change in the weight loss in my face no where else tho lol
