THINGS TO AVOID AFTER LEAVING A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP (TOXIC SERIES PART 3)

Part 3 of the toxic series

This is the third  part  of the series where we will have to do our  unpacking in this  section to catch up you can view  part one and two by clicking the links below

Part 1

 PART 2

Picture it you have been linked to this person for however long you both were together you were bound to catch some of their traits right? yes, even the bad ones. you will be on high alert thinking that you are being proactive to ensure you won’t be hurt again, but honestly, the only thing you are doing is coming off as another narcissist person just like your ex. I get it you want to trust people but then again you do not since the last person you trusted with every being of your soul in a way ruined it. it’s  understandable why you would be on the edge look what you have been through this is also why it is the best to wait until you are fully healed before stepping out into the dating world it’s a jungle out there lol.

Read some more blogs or books about toxic traits. Give yourself more space to heal.  These books  helped  me get through some things I hope they bring you the same as well
