I’m back and I’m better

Howdy, folks! I'm the creative force behind the blog "Girl in H-Town." I wear a few hats – writer, mental health advocate, and I like to think of myself as a "dating wing woman" with a passion for empowering women, helping them heal from their trauma, and improving their mental well-being. I was born and raised in a small Texas town, and let me tell you, life threw some real curveballs my way. I focus on empowerment, self-care, and self-love.
